Rockfish Highball

The Sunday’s Rockfish Highball is our twist on the original Rockfish Highball that was first created at Rock Fish Bar in Ginza, Tokyo. An extra long lemon peel is added to frozen Sunday’s Whisky and Japanese soda water to provide a subtle yet fresh citrus character.

INGREDIENTS:

60 ml Frozen Sunday’s Whisky

190 ml High-quality Soda Water

1 Extra Long Lemon Peel

METHOD:

  1. Pour frozen Sunday’s Whisky into a collins glass

  2. Top up with soda water

  3. Garnish with an extra long lemon peel
